  • Launch the Orbi app installed on your phone.

  • Taking the help of an Ethernet cable, link the yellow Internet port on the Orbi router to the LAN port on the Spectrum modem.

  • Now supply power to the Orbi router. LED on the router will blink and then turn solid white.
  • Plug in the Orbi satellites as well. Sync them with the router.
  • Your Orbi router can now broadcast WiFi. Connect your phone to its WiFi. Find the default SSID on its label at the bottom.
  • Tap Continue on the Orbi app.
  • Configure your Orbi settings now. On the Create WiFi Network page, create an SSID and WiFi password for Orbi.
  • Also, set up an admin password. This password will be used to login to Orbi and go to its settings.
  • You can choose to update the firmware or skip it for now.
  • Tap Next and you’re done.

You should now shift the Orbi router and satellites to new locations in the home. Your Orbi mesh system is now ready to blanket your home with seamless WiFi access.
