However, the devices cannot connect to Orbi’s WiFi. The connection keeps dropping. There can be various reasons responsible for this. An older firmware on Orbi, for instance, can result in a poor and unstable WiFi connection. Through this post, I will help you become aware of other common causes and eliminate the Orbi WiFi not connecting issue. Try these fixes now. First and foremost, make very certain that you’re using the correct SSID and WiFi password of Orbi to join its WiFi.
Such issues can easily be fixed by restarting the entire network once. By restarting the network, I mean to power off the devices for some time. Therefore, power off the Netgear Orbi devices and unplug them. Likewise, switch off the internet modem and all the devices that you’re trying to connect to Orbi’s WiFi.
